Shipping Conditions

The delivery of goods is available worldwide

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)

We charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90 per order.

For orders with a value of €49.00 or more, we offer free shipping.

DHL Express Shipping

For orders placed from Monday to Thursday by 14:30, guaranteed delivery by the next business day by 22:00.

We charge the following fees for express shipping:

  • up to 5kg: €11.99,
  • over 5kg up to 10kg: €14.99,
  • over 10kg up to 20kg: €17.99,
  • over 20kg up to 30kg: €21.99,
  • over 30kg: €65.97.

Applies to items marked "IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE" and when paying via PayPal, PayPal Plus (invoice, direct debit, credit card, PayPal installment), Sofort, Klarna invoice and installment purchase, or ApplePay.

DHL Express Shipping with Saturday Delivery

For orders placed on Friday by 14:30, guaranteed delivery on Saturday by 22:00 with the Saturday Delivery option.

We charge the following fees for express shipping:

  • up to 5kg: €21.99,
  • over 5kg up to 10kg: €26.99,
  • over 10kg up to 20kg: €30.99,
  • over 20kg up to 30kg: €41.99,
  • over 30kg: €125.97.

Applies to items marked "IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE" and when paying via PayPal, PayPal Plus (invoice, direct debit, credit card, PayPal installment), or Sofort.

Letter Shipping

We charge a flat rate of €2.90 for letter shipping. Items eligible for letter shipping are marked accordingly, with a maximum weight of 1000g and a maximum value of €10.00.

Available upon customer request, only within Germany.

DHL Bulky Goods Shipping

This service is only available nationally. For the shipping of bulky goods, we charge a flat rate of €39.00.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description. If your order contains additional items not marked as bulky goods, they will be shipped without additional cost.

Self-Collection at AKF

You can collect your order, placed for self-pickup, Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 directly at the store (contactless via pickup window). We do not charge any additional costs for this service.

Self-Collection at AKF Pickup Station 001

Orders placed by 15:00 will be ready for self-collection at our AKF Pickup Station 001. Collection is available 24/7. Simply use your Apple Pass, Google Pass, barcode, or the provided PIN. The process is quick, secure, and contactless. No additional fees are charged for this service.

Self-Pickup at AKF

You can pick up your order, which was placed for self-pickup, directly at the store (contactless via pickup window) from Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00. No additional costs will be charged for this service.

Orders placed by 15:00 will be available for pickup on the same day.

Self-Pickup at AKF Pickup Station 001

Orders placed by 15:00 will be available for pickup at our AKF Pickup Station 001. Pickup is possible around the clock. Simply use your Apple Pass, Google Pass, barcode, or the provided PIN. The process is quick, secure, and contactless. No additional fees apply for this service.

Vouchers

Vouchers are sent exclusively by email. Therefore, there are no shipping costs for vouchers.

Delivery Times & Payment Terms

Delivery Times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will be made within 1-4 days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries do not occur on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
