ZT16N1-11 Carburetor
With the GEN2 Carburetor in stock look, we wanted to make no compromises and have brought this Carburetor type up to the current state of technology. The throttle slide has been coated like in almost all modern Carburetors, and for the first time, a plastic float is used. This results in several advantages: the jamming of the slide is avoided, and the wear is significantly reduced. The plastic float has two key advantages: 1. The days of loose solder joints or small leaks are a thing of the past. 2. The float is less sensitive to engine vibrations, which ensures functionality even at higher RPMs and the accompanying vibrations. By changing the air supply, now 100% of the intake air is fed through the air filter housing, which leads to a significant advantage especially with fine contaminants in the air, such as dust. Overall, we were able to significantly improve the entire casting quality. Thanks to a milled flat surface at the float chamber, leaks are also a thing of the past. All these points represent absolute unique selling features and make this carburetor the best tuning carburetor in stock look.

Note:
For tuning engines with sports air filter, we recommend the 80-85 main jet. For stock engines with stock air filter, we recommend using the 72-75 main jet.

ZT Vergaser einfach schön
Also die Original Optik ist da sieht aus wie ein BVF normaler 16N1-11 Vergaser hab in vor dem Einbau geöffnet und alle Schrauben nochmal nachgezogen dann hatte ich ihn drin und konnte direkt fahren einstellen war echt einfach. Für den Preis geht er auch

Bester „ori“ Vergaser
Wer unauffällig einen winzigen Ticken bessere Leistung möchte ist hier genau richtig. Er bringt für viele Steigungen das letzte Etwas, was man braucht um mit guter Geschwindigkeit dort hoch zu kommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung

Habe diesen Vergaser jetzt mehrmals verbaut, noch nie war das Einstellen so einfach. Läuft perfekt auf dem originalen Zylinder sowie dem TGL 60ccm von ZT!
