ZT Upgrade Kit for Converting the Original Carburetor
This set impresses with better throttle response, metering and performance, while simultaneously reducing consumption. The typical 'BVF cutoff' at around 11,000 rpm is also eliminated. This allows racing exhausts to be used in conjunction with an original appearance carburetor. Unfortunately, conversion is not possible with the so-called economy carburetors (16N3).
Scope of delivery:
- ZT atomizer
- ZT needle jet
- ZT needle with clip and leaf
- 3 x main jet (75, 80, 85)
- Carburetor middle gasket
- Installation instructions (download under Service -> Instructions)

Zuerst wurde diese KIT im SR 4-4 verbaut, leider war es durch Luftmangel des originalen Luftfilter nicht optimal. Nun verbirgt sich das Kit in der Schwalbe. Bin total erstaunt wie gut jetzt die Schwalbe abgeht. Empfehlenswert ist eine 40er Leerlaufdüse wenn nicht sogar einer Nummer größer, das sich das stand besser einstellen lässt. Mit den HD Größen muss man probieren, momentan fahr ich mit der 75er. Also, wenn genug Luft vorhanden ist,ist das eine sehr klare Kaufempfehlung.
