ZT-Tuning Performance Conversion Kit Retrofit Kit for Disc Brake Conversion S51, S70


Based on the original Simson telescopic fork for disc brakes, we have now developed our own telescopic fork with optimized damping and suspension.
The damper has been completely redesigned on the inside, with the bore cross-sections for the tension and compression damping adjusted and a hydraulic end stop added.
These measures achieve very good damping properties, with high driving comfort, and completely prevent the fork from bottoming out.
Another highlight is the extremely easy and quick adjustment of the spring preload using a preload sleeve. The telescopic fork can be easily opened from above (when installed) and the preload sleeve can be removed and, if necessary, a longer or shorter sleeve can be installed to adjust the preload. This allows each rider to adjust the telescopic fork to their preferences based on weight or desired stiffness.
The fork is delivered filled with very thin oil to achieve a good compromise between comfort and damping.
For racing, slightly thicker oil can be used and the preload sleeve can be chosen slightly longer.
With these measures, the fork is also absolutely suitable for the racetrack.
