We have tested almost all PWK replica carburetors from various suppliers, including the original from Keihin, on the road and on the dynamometer. By selecting a replica carburetor with excellent properties in terms of casting, processing, and the modification of some details, we were even able to exceed the quality & performance of the original Keihin carburetor. Our carburetor has significantly better throttle response and a wider speed range. Due to direct contact with the manufacturer, the carburetor could be produced according to our wishes.
This carburetor has been specially tuned to our membrane cylinders. Depending on the carburetor bore, 2 additional matching main jets and slow-jet jets, as well as an additional part throttle needle, are included for optimal tuning. The purchase of an extra jet set or part throttle needles is thus unnecessary.
