Tuning Exhaust ZT-Reso "D" 2019
Features:

The Reso "D" 2019 was developed by ZT-Tuning to support a wide range of engines.
By adjusting the position of the counter cone, it is possible to adapt the engine characteristics to the respective engine or personal preferences. In addition, the routing has been optimized to avoid scraping or grounding at high lean angles.
In the 2019 version, great attention was paid to the stock look. This exhaust has no additional weld seams. The manifold is fastened with a stock clamp. The total length of the system is almost stock. In combination with the tighter routing, it is easily possible to continue using the original bracket. All these points make it very difficult to distinguish this exhaust from a stock exhaust system.
Note:
Since most Simson vehicles are now equipped with a replica footrest carrier, which may have a different bend, we recommend using a reinforced footrest carrier with an optimized bend.
110mm counter cone, 140mm counter cone or AOA3?
The differences are relatively small and strongly depend on the respective engine and the position of the counter cone.
- The 110 counter cone usually provides a bit more peak power
- The 140 counter cone creates a slightly wider power band for most engines
- The AOA 3 creates an even wider power band than the 140 counter cone and is therefore the most suitable for everyday use.

Bester Auspuff
Dieser Auspuff ist wirklich brutal. Er lässt sich so super mit der Stellschraube einstellen auf das Drahzahlband was man benötigt und dadurch bringt so viel mehr Leistung und macht einf nur Spaß!

Guter Auspuff
Habe den Auspuff montiert, jedoch muss man einen original DDR fußrastenträger haben oder den von ZT Tuning weil der Auspuff sonst dort ansteht, ein sehr sehr großes Plus ist dass man die resonanzlänge leicht variieren mit dem verstellbaren Gegenkonus

Der Auspuff passt perfekt an den originalen 50ccm Motor und bringt schön viel Durchzug, sodass ich uf meine 70Km/h komme...Selbst in der Stadt ist man sonst immer recht langsam vorangekommen, aber mit dem Aupuff kommt man echt gut weg!

Habe mir den Auspuff aus Tuning Gründen gekauft, er hat einen super klang und ist super Leistungssteigernd. Außerdem kann man den Resonanzbereich durch verstellen der Stellschraube beeinflussen.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Auspuff von Zt . Funktioniert echt gut bei meiner Simson mit 110ccm . Es gibt bloß nen kleines Problem es wurde immer gesagt das der Auspuff an Original DDR Fußrastenträger passt das ist leider nicht so ,da muss man wohl den von Zt bestellen .
