Cylinder kit ZT70N Stage 3
The new cylinder kits for the Simson S51 - S70 reflect the latest state of development. A very elaborate exhaust construction with 2 additional secondary outlets enables extremely good drivability to be combined with high performance at the same time. The result is a peak performance and bandwidth that significantly raises the bar in the tuning area.
The Stage 3 version is a hand-revised version with higher timing, which has been optimized for the use of our Hydro32 + Reso Hybrid. This results in a peak performance of approx. 16.5 hp and a max. torque of approx. 11.5 Nm.
The cylinder kit is also compatible with other exhaust systems such as our ZT Reso 2019, but cannot fully unleash its power with them.
The coated & finely blasted aluminum cylinder dissipates heat much better than a comparable gray cast iron cylinder. This makes the engine thermally more stable and hardly loses power even during longer full throttle rides.
The internally centered cylinder head allows for simplified installation and also ensures that the combustion pressure does not act directly on the sealing edge, preventing leaks.
Scope of delivery:
- Cylinder with 46 mm bore (cylinder liner diameter 50mm)
- Internally centered cylinder head
- Piston with ring, pin, clips
- 2x base gasket
- 2x carburetor flange studs
- Carburetor flange gasket
- Hardened thrust washers for piston pin
Only Motul 800 2T Road Racing may be used as mixing oil!
