Tuning Cylinder Kit ZT53N Stage 2 (53cc) - for Simson SR1, SR2, KR50
- Significantly better heat dissipation through Aluminum Cylinder, the entire Engine is thermally relieved and runs cooler permanently.
- Channel design and cross-sections of all channels optimized
- High Torque at low RPM
- Exhaust Channel significantly reduced
- The Cylinder Bore was increased from 38mm to 40mm
- Standard Attachments can still be used.
IMPORTANT:
For the Stage 2 version, the following modifications are necessary
- Engine Case Processing at the Intake Channel
- Long SR 2 Exhaust (660/680mm) or ZT-Tuning Exhaust SR2
- NKJ 15mm Carburetor (SR4-2) or comparable
Only when this has been done, the Cylinder achieves a peak Power of approx. 5.5PS at very high 5.5-6.0Nm Torque.

Note: The manufacturer recommends mixing oil Motul 510 or Motul 800.

Kupplung Rutscht durch zu viel Leistung
Es wäre super wenn im Lieferumfang eine verstärkte Kupplung mit inbegriffen wäre oder man müsste darauf hingewiesen werden das es sein kann das die originale Kupplung es nicht aushält. Ansonsten bin ich rundum zufrieden und gebe voll Punktzahl.
