Tuning Cylinder SP-70-4-Channel E=19/A=25, complete with Special 1-Ring Piston Ø45.00mm - the cylinder has two additional integrated transfer ports (HANDCRAFTED) - these, in combination with the modified intake (19mm) and exhaust port, ensure a better filling degree in the cylinder and thus significantly more power - this cylinder is relatively easy to tune and outputs of up to 9-11HP are possible depending on the components used - the cylinder is suitable for everyday use, powerful even from the lower RPM range, durable, and promises pure riding pleasure Set includes: - Tuning Cylinder SP-70 - 1-Ring Piston - Piston Ring - 4 Damping Rubbers - Piston Pin - 2 Circlips - Base Gasket - AD Cylinder Liner: 50mm Please note: When modifying or overhauling engines or cylinders, the timing must be checked and adjusted if necessary.

Handgearbeitet?
Meine Erfahrung mit diesem Zylinderkit ist leider nicht gut verlaufen. Die Handgearbeiteten Kanäle zeigen einzig und allein Grate auf, welche nicht entfernt wurden. Die Steuerzeiten sind auch sehr fragwürdig. Er bringt in unteren Drehzahlen viel Leistung, allerdings ist dies nicht von Dauer. Der Zylinder musste trotz Warmlaufen, ruhiges Fahren und absolute Behutsamkeit mit der Temperatur bei mir 3 mal klemmen, bis er „eingefahren“ war. Nur empfehlenswert wenn Kolben und Kanäle überarbeitet werden.
