Tuning cylinder kit ZT90N Generation 2 - Stage 1
The 2nd generation of the ZT90N is a complete new development. In order to achieve a significant improvement over the old version, all channels (inlet, outlet, and transfer ports) have been significantly revised. The internally centered cylinder head and the 3-part outlet (small main outlet with 2 secondary outlets) have already proven successful in ZT51N, ZT60N, and ZT70N and have also been implemented in the new ZT90N GEN2.
Special attention was paid to high torque in the middle speed range and increasing durability during development.
The internally centered cylinder head avoids assembly errors and keeps explosive forces away from the bushing collar.
This prevents damage to the coating and ensures absolute tightness between the head and cylinder.
A web in the inlet, in combination with the small main outlet and the piston skirt length of 49mm, significantly reduces piston tilt.
These measures have significantly improved the piston life and the durability of the cylinder kit.
Features:
- Absolute original appearance (hardly distinguishable from original GDR cylinder externally)
- Outlet Ø 25mm, inlet Ø 21.5mm
- Internally centered cylinder head ---> easy installation, improved sealing
- Maximum heat dissipation through fine-blasted surface and coated aluminum bushing
- Longevity (up to 15,000 km per piston, 4 oversizes available)
- Good drivability even with AOA 1 and AOA 2 (Modified original exhaust with shortened standard manifold)

- Piston diameter 50mm
Performance values:
- 12.5 hp with AOA-1
- 13.0 hp with AOA-2

Notes:
- Chrome-plated parts give the vehicle a sophisticated look. However, the chrome parts require extensive care with suitable chrome care products several times a year to ensure a lasting shiny appearance. All sponges and cloths with a rough, scratchy surface and acidic, corrosive cleaners are unsuitable.
Weather-related influences, especially the use of road salt in winter, quickly damage the chrome layer and promote rust formation.
We would like to point out that we have to handle such complaints particularly restrictively.
We recommend the use of stainless steel vehicle parts for motorbike owners who shy away from the high maintenance effort.

Habe mich für meine Schwalbe für diesen Zylinder entschieden er macht echt Spaß und hat sehr viel Kraft. Ich würde ihn immer wieder kaufen

Gut fahrbares Drehzahlband
Der Zylinder lässt sich soweit sehr leicht montieren, es sind keine Nacharbeiten (Entgraten) notwendig, mit dem ZT Reso 140 mm Gegenkonus und 80mm Einstelllänge, hat man ein gut fahrbares Drehzahlband.

Geht gut ab
Fahre den Zylinder mit nem 32er stino Auspuff. Geht locker auf die 100. Also sollte er ohne teure Spezialauspuffanlagen sein 12Ps bringen. Leider ist der Leistungsverlauf nicht ganz so sauber wie in den Diagrammen von ZT. Bei mir ist ein deutliches Losbrechen der Leistung ab 6000 Umdrehungen zu merken. Bin aber auch noch nicht fertig mit einfahren und abstimmen. 20er/21er vergaser samt anständigem luftfikter ist Pflicht!
