Tuning Cylinder Kit ZT110N GEN2 Stage 3

The Stage 3 Cylinder is a completely new development. To meet the demand for ever more performance while maintaining high mileage and thermal stability, we have decided to develop a Cylinder with a larger inlet flange. This results in a significant power increase without compromising durability through measures such as extreme cross-sections in the Cylinder or excessively high compression. The result of a long development time and an investment in a completely new casting mold is an increase in power of up to 2 PS and 1.5 NM compared to the ZT110N GEN2 Stage 2. The Cylinder features a 27mm inlet and can therefore be operated with a VM 24 or VM 26 carburetor. The timing and port cross-sections have also been adjusted moderately. The inlet flange has been precisely adapted to the VM carburetors, making it not immediately recognizable to the layman that modifications have been made. This is usually obvious at first glance with adapter plates or membrane conversions.
