Product information "Tuning Carburetor 21N1 (CS-System) - for Simson S50, S51, S70"
Tuning Carburetor 21N1
- externally a standard carburetor with the marking 16N1-11
- internally a CS tuning carburetor (closed system)
- the entire air supply (secondary and compensating air) is via the intake air path
- No unfiltered air is sucked into the system
- Compensation is via additional hose piece, which is led into the heart box
- Universally applicable from optimized 50ccm engines to tuning engines with over 100ccm
Note:
The carburetor is delivered with unmarked jets, which are composed as follows.
- Main jet 67 (M5x0.075)
- Choke 50 (M4x0.75)
- Idle 35 (M4x0.75)
- Float needle 250 (M6x075)
Before commissioning, the carburetor should be dismantled and checked for manufacturing residues.
We recommend at least reaming the main jet to 100 before starting the adjustment work. Alternatively, we also offer jet sets, which are essential for precise adjustment.
