Tank primed with side cover primed for Simson S50, S51, S70
- made of sheet metal
- Color: Gray primed
- Shape: "Banana" (as it was built from the 80s)
- the tank has a nice square shape
- the tank cap fits with original and replica tank caps
- the front tank mount has the original width, fits tightly on the rubber mounts (no more wobbling!)
- the hole of the rear tank mounting bracket matches the mounting thread on the top strap
- Tank mounting bracket solidly welded
- Thread for the fuel outlet is straight
- Left side cover with hole for ignition lock
- both side covers without swirl logo
Note:
The thread for the fuel outlet is primed! Should be cleaned before mounting the fuel tap.
Tip:
Always roughen and degrease the primer before painting. The paint or clear coat should be resistant to gasoline and preferably based on 2K.
