Set: Main Frame Reinforcement Plates
- Plates for reinforcing the main frame
- For motorsport use
- Plates replace the original stiffening at the steering head
- Reinforcement over the entire main frame
- Mounting points prepared, laser contour for 4x threaded insert (M6)
- Guide/slot for air filter box mount prepared
- Set consists of two side parts and one cover plate
- Cover plate is not pre-bent
- Hole for tank mount/tube prepared
- Material: Steel
- Material thickness: 2.0mm
- Surface: Raw
Note:
- Not suitable for the original air filter box, adjustments necessary!
- Mounting points for the heart box still need to be set, re-weld/threaded insert
- Bending of the cover plate 20° 88mm from the outer edge, create rounding by laying and tacking
Welding on the main frame is fundamentally not permitted.
The steering head is a pure racing item. Using it in public road traffic will invalidate the vehicle's operating license!
Welding should generally only be carried out by a qualified professional with the appropriate qualifications!
