Set: LT 85 Tuning Cylinder + Piston + Cylinder Head, 85ccm

- 2-channel 85ccm cylinder
- 85ccm (50mm) cylinder head with long thread
- high-quality aluminum
- Inlet diameter: 20mm
- Outlet diameter: 25mm
- Strong bushing, outer Ø54mm
- 1-ring tuning piston, piston pin, 2 clips
Note:
The engine housing must be spindled to at least 54.1mm.
It must also be cut about 2mm deeper than original, otherwise the piston will hit the bottom! After installation, carefully rotate by hand to check if the piston runs freely.
This set of cylinder and piston was developed in collaboration with the company "Langtuning by Jan Schäffer". It provides a very good basis for powerful tuning with durability. The set is complemented by the specially designed LT85 tuning cylinder head with long thread.

After cylinder conversions, the timing must be checked and adjusted if necessary.
