- high-quality aluminum
- Inlet diameter: 20mm
- Outlet diameter: 25mm
- Strong bushing, outer Ø54mm
- 1-ring tuning piston, piston pin, 2 clips
Note:
The engine housing must be spindled to at least 54.1mm.
It must also be cut about 2mm deeper than original, otherwise the piston will hit the bottom! After installation, carefully turn by hand to check if the piston runs freely.
This set of cylinder and piston was developed in collaboration with the company "Langtuning by Jan Schäffer". It provides a very good basis for powerful tuning with durability. The set is complemented by the specially designed LT85 tuning cylinder head.

After cylinder conversions, the timing must be checked and adjusted if necessary.

Die Gußqualität muß besser werden
Der Zylinder den ich erhalten habe entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Bei Gießen ist das Alu nicht richtig zwischen die Gußkerne gelaufen. Für einen Tuningzylinder fand ich die Gußqualität nicht ausreichend.
