Cylinder + Piston + Needle Bearing
- 60cc in original parts quality
- bored to 41mm, turned cylinder liner
- for all new models from 1993 onwards
- Cylinder and piston made of very fine aluminum casting
- Piston made of high-quality K20 aluminum
- delivered in 1st quality
including the following small parts:
- 2x circlip
- 2x piston ring
- piston pin
- base gasket and needle bearing (metal cage)
- piston thrust washers are not included in the set
Please note:
When modifying or regenerating engines or cylinders, the timing must be checked and adjusted if necessary.

Zylinder ist sauber gearbeitet, Kolben auch. Nach dem Nachmessen war schnell klar das der Kolben nicht leicht konisch ist. Wie vermutet kam es zum Klemmen des Kolbens bei der ersten richtigen Erwärmung.
