- Magnets encapsulated on the rotor, therefore better suited for extreme speeds
- 12 Volt light magnet ignition system with integrated fully electronic ignition
- Ignition pulse generation is fully electronic and contactless
- Very stable ignition with high-energy spark
- Better starting behavior and better combustion
- Replacement for all ignition systems up to 1990
- Rotates up to 16,000 rpm
- Suitable for original SIMSON number: Z-SET

The labeling on the housing reads 6 volts, but the horn also works with 12V!
From 01.02.2021, the VAPE conversion kit will be delivered without battery acid.
(Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 - Prohibits the sale of acid to private individuals)
The set now includes a maintenance-free AGM battery, in which the electrolyte is securely bound in a glass fiber fleece.

Wer eine super zuverlässige Zündung sucht ist hier genau richtig! Ich kann diese nur weiterempfehlen benutze diese jetzt seit einen Monat und habe keine Probleme der Einbau ist auch Kinderleicht!

Umrüstsatz Vape für S51
Was soll man sagen, wer eine super zuverlässige Zündung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Verarbeitung und Verpackung ist top. Der Einbau ist mit dem entsprechenden Werkzeug gut machbar. Grundsätzlich sollte man aber sich aber liebe etwas mehr Zeit nehmen und die Verkabelung in Ruhe vornehmen. Im Idealfall gleich neuen Kabelsatz einbauen, so lassen sich Fehlerquellen vermeiden.

Endlich vernünftige 12V Zündung für meine Simson
Habe mir den VAPE-Umrüstsatz geholt und bin echt begeistert. Der Einbau war ziemlich einfach, alles passte perfekt und die Qualität ist top. Licht ist jetzt viel heller, keine Probleme mehr mit der alten 6V-Anlage. Auch die Hupe funktioniert endlich richtig. Klare Kaufempfehlung für alle, die ihre Simson auf ein modernes Level bringen wollen.

Super Set, alles passt und funktioniert
Das Vape-Set, zur Umrüstunge, für S50, S51, usw., ist sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders dann, wenn man schon zunehmende Probleme mit der alten DDR-Zündanlage bekommt. Die Montage und Inbetriebnahme waren sehr einfach. Wichtig ist aber, man sollte Erfahrung damit haben oder es von eine Fachwerkstatt (wegen der Garantie) erledigen lassen! Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig. Alles passt und funktioniert auf Anhieb. Die Kabellängen sind passend. Der Preis ist angemessen! Insgesamt machen alle Teile einen hochwertigen Eindruck...Es können Anpassungen an eurem Herzkasten nötig werden. Z.B. für die Anbringung der Zündspule. Auch zusätzliche Bohrungen für die Kabel können nötig sein.
