- Plastic housing with chrome ring and H4 headlight insert
- 12 Volt ignition magneto system with integrated fully electronic ignition
- Ignition pulse generation is fully electronic and contactless
- Very stable ignition with high energy sparks
- Better starting behavior and better combustion
- Replacement for all ignition systems up to 1990
- Fits original SIMSON number: Z-SET

This is included with every VAPE ignition system and must be filled out and attached in case of any complaints.
This certificate guarantees proper installation.
The manufacturer requires this certificate in the event of a complaint to rule out installation errors during the installation of the VAPE ignition system.
As of 01.02.2021, the VAPE conversion set will be delivered without battery acid.
(Regulation (EU) 2019/1148 - Prohibits the sale of acid to private individuals)
The set now includes a maintenance-free AGM battery, where the electrolyte is safely bound in a glass fiber mat.
