Clutch disc kit for 5-lamella sports clutch
- Number of discs: Five instead of four pieces
- Four clutch plates (steel) are required instead of three
- The discs are 2.6 mm thick (standard = 3 mm)
- Increased power absorption up to 20 Nm (standard approx. 4-5 Nm)
- Aluminum substructure, continuous support plate with strong "take-off noses"
- Special, high-quality friction lining
- Individual weight per disc approx. 20 gr, thickness approx. 2.6 mm
- Developed with the company Langtuning and the SIMSON racing team
The following information applies as a guideline for power transmission:
-1.5 mm plate spring = 14 Nm
-1.6 mm plate spring = 16 Nm
-1.8 mm plate spring = 20 Nm
Only for use with:
Variant 1
Tuning take-off (No: 10007943) and 4x clutch plates steel (No: 10016751)
Variant 2
Standard take-off (No: 10002462) and 4x clutch plates steel 0.6mm (No: 10065612)

Die Qualität ist super und ich habe die Belege bereits schon häufiger in 5 und 6 Lamellen-Kupplungen verwendet (ohne Probleme und Nacharbeit). Aktuell habe ich hiermit meine RZT-K6 Kupplung bestückt, was zu einem deutlich besseren trennverhalten führte. Der Umstand, dass die Belege 0,1mm dicker sind stört hier nicht weiter. Der etwas höhere Federdruck lässt sich durch die Anzahl der Feder gegebenenfalls noch verringern. Schöne wäre es wenn man die Belege auch Einzeln bekommen könnte.
