Note:
The main focus of the completely new basic design is on maximum heat dissipation in the spark plug area. Only in this way is it possible for the spark plug to maintain and even achieve its specified heat value. Thus, the risk of self-ignition/knocking/engine knocking is much lower, and more advanced ignition can be used, which in turn allows for more torque and power.
The good mass distribution of the head ensures excellent heat dissipation to the outermost cooling fins. The combustion chamber remains thermally healthy and the cylinder charge remains cooler. This also has a positive influence on torque and power development.
Reinforcement ribs on the cooling fins provide additional stability and ensure pleasant noise development. The head is no louder than a standard cylinder head. A strong argument when it comes to individual approvals and entries in the vehicle documents.
