Racing Crankshaft 85ccm - 105ccm
Our new racing crankshafts in full web construction are currently the best crankshafts for your Simson engine. In the completely newly manufactured crankshaft, we were able to realize many constructive advantages over a subsequently modified Simson crankshaft. The 1 mm wider crank webs lay the foundation for optimal balancing and higher rigidity (stronger press fit). With the help of the pressed aluminum plugs and the lighter connecting rod, the balancing is adapted to our S85 piston. This results in a low-vibration engine run, increased revving ability, and longer bearing life. For the lower bearing, we rely on a high-quality, silver-plated needle bearing (13 mm wide) with silver-plated thrust washers. This eliminates the need for upper thrust washers in the piston, and a 16 mm wide needle bearing fits in place.

Habe sie in meinen 90ccm Stage 3 Motor verbaut und sie ist einwandfrei zu verbauen und dreht wirklich super durch

Es ist mittlerweile schon die zweite Kurbelwelle aus dieser Serie von ZT die ich mir gekauft habe und ich bin auch diesmal wieder sehr sehr zufrieden damit. Top Qualität und Verarbeitung, läuft super ruhig und weich, ist sehr gut gewuchtet. Ich kann sie wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Läuft Top
Habe die Kw in meinen 85ccm Motor mit 12ps verbaut und läuft ohne Makel. Die Kurbelwelle ist unten mit Anlaufscheiben geführt und bietet damit gute Voraussetzung zum schnellen Montieren des Zylinders und die Laufruhe ist damit gewährleistet.
