The LTP-A pistons are completely newly designed and optimized in all aspects for Simson cylinders.

Langtuning designed the LTP-A pistons from scratch. Usually, only the outer geometry such as length, diameter, etc. is transmitted to the manufacturer in the Simson market and the manufacturer produces a piston shape. These forms usually have a high material thickness, making the piston correspondingly heavy.

Langtuning takes new paths with the construction of the LTP-A pistons.
This is of course much more complex and requires corresponding experience.
But as a result, the piston weight is on average 10% lower than usual pistons in the quality price segment and around 20% lower than cheap standard pistons.
At the same time, the pistons could be reinforced depending on the size by a corresponding strut design, so that they are not only lighter, but also more stable.

The LTP-A pistons are optimized for slot-controlled Simson cylinders. Thanks to an extra wide inlet skirt, even very wide inlet channels for tuning cylinders are possible. At the same time, the LTP-A pistons are also suitable for standard cylinders and can be used without any problems. The piston windows are positioned in such a way that there is no short circuit with the inlet or side outlets.

Super Kolben habe den in meinen Lt 60 reso verbaut und geht wie sau ab klare Empfehlung.

Bester Kolben für 60 ccm

Hatte einen leichten Reiber an meinem LT 60 reso. Hab vorsichtshalber gehohnt und diesen Kolben verbaut. Hab den Eindruck das er jetzt sogar noch einen Tick besser fährt als im Neuzustand. Liegt vielleicht an den Fenstern. Bin jedenfalls voll zufrieden, denn erläuft auch sehr leise ohne die geringste Spur von rasseln.
