AKF Bonus Program
Terms of Participation
Our AKF Bonus Points Program rewards your loyalty as a customer. The following conditions apply to collecting and redeeming AKF Bonus Points:
1. Participation
End customers of AKF who have a regular customer account are eligible to participate. Guest buyers and all customers belonging to a customer class with discounted sales (regular customers) are excluded from participation. Also excluded are end customer purchases made in the stationary AKF store as well as via the AKF app.
2. AKF Bonus Points
2.1 General
The computational basis of the AKF Bonus Points Program is AKF Bonus Points, which are credited to the customer's points account. The bonus points can only be used for purposes listed in the terms of participation. Bonus points from other programs cannot be converted into AKF Bonus Points. The points account and balance are not transferable and cannot be converted into cash and paid out. The current points balance is listed in your AKF customer account under "Bonus Points Account".
2.2 Point Acquisition
AKF Bonus Points are automatically acquired for each order from February 5, 2019, as soon as the payment is received by us. Bonus points are credited to your account for each paid order at AKF. The amount of the respective credit depends on the amount of the paid order value. You receive 1 AKF Bonus Point credited for every full euro of your order value. 100 bonus points correspond to a value of 1.00 euro. For certain special promotions, AKF Bonus Points can be credited to a separately announced extent.
2.3 Exclusion of AKF Bonus Points Credit
A credit for AKF Bonus Points is excluded for products with a sales price of 0 euros (e.g., free items), redeemed vouchers, shipping costs, cash on delivery fees, services, and other discounts.
2.4 Credit Procedure
AKF Bonus Points are credited to the bonus points account directly after the order is received. The release of the AKF Bonus Points occurs automatically 40 days after the order is received. The credit is made under the customer number used for the order. If a customer orders via multiple accounts at AKF, the points are credited according to the individual accounts. A transfer of bonus points from one customer account to another is not possible. If the invoice amount of an order is reduced (e.g., due to incorrect deliveries, returns, or order cancellation), points are only credited for the partial amount paid.
2.5 Point Expiration
If AKF Bonus Points are not redeemed within 12 months from activation on the AKF Bonus Points account, they expire at the end of the quarter. The date and extent of a bonus point expiration are separately indicated in your AKF Bonus Points account. Additionally, a reminder is sent by email four weeks before expiration. The AKF Bonus Points also expire without replacement if the customer account is blocked or deleted for justified reasons.
Note: To receive the notification about point expiration, the email notification must be activated in the customer account under Subscriptions.
3. Redeeming AKF Bonus Points
Each participant can redeem their collected AKF Bonus Points when placing an order via the AKF online shop at www.akf-shop.de. Redemption of AKF Bonus Points is possible from 100 bonus points and a minimum order value of 15.00 euros in the AKF online shop. A maximum of 25,000 bonus points can be redeemed per order. AKF Bonus Points cannot be redeemed in the stationary AKF store. AKF gift vouchers are excluded from the redemption of AKF Bonus Points.
4. Miscellaneous
4.1 Program Termination
AKF reserves the right to terminate the AKF Bonus Points Program at any time or replace it with another program.
4.2 Changes
AKF reserves the right to make changes or additions to the terms of participation at any time.
Claims for damages by participants against AKF due to statutory country-specific changes are excluded. Changes or additions to these terms of participation will be announced by publication on the website.
