With the percussion obtained, the technical service or technical test center for motor vehicle traffic must be transferred to the frame number, the original framework must be made unfit for business by an officially recognized expert (AAS) or a regional appraiser (RBE). The test report for replacement frames can be viewed by the AAS or the RBE. The AAS or the RBE makes the final decision on an entry on the entire vehicle. A presentation of the vehicle to the technical service or a technical test center for motor vehicle traffic is therefore fundamentally necessary! With this frame, the Simson Schwalbe KR51/2 can be approved as a light motorcycle. The prerequisite is a displacement of a maximum of 70 ccm, an engine power of up to 4 kW and a top speed of 75 km/h. In addition, the applicable noise limit values must be observed: for frames built up to 1983, the limit value is 84 dB, and a limit of 78 dB applies from year 1984. The installation of a 5-speed gearbox is permitted. For the specific implementation of the entry, it is advisable to consult the responsible test center directly.

- This product is originally manufactured in Germany. We value quality and sustainability.
- All frames with a manufacturer's declaration are replacement frames. These have no number or stamping and can only be used in conjunction with an old frame that has a frame number (VIN) or papers.
The manufacturer's declaration certifies that the frame was manufactured according to the original drawings and corresponds to the original. It can also be used to apply for an impact licence from the responsible licensing authority.
Once you have received the approval, recognised testing organisations (e.g. DEKRA, GTÜ, TÜV) are authorised to transfer the old frame number to the replacement frame and to cancel the number of the old frame.

Sieht schön aus, aber qualitativ habe ich im Detail mehr erwartet
Der Rahmen sieht toll aus und auf den ersten Blick hat sich der Kauf gelohnt. Als ich die Anbauteile montiert habe, ist mir aufgefallen, dass an vielen Stellen etwas nicht passt oder nur schlecht passt. Weder das Lenkerschls noch das Sitzbankschloss passen ohne nacharbeiten in den Rahmen. Der Abstand der Motorhalterung ist zu ungenau (es sind oben über 3mm Platz zwischen der Halterungen am Rahmen und dem Motor). Der Schwingbolzen klappert (knapp 1mm Spiel) in der Hülse die im Rahmen eingeschweißt ist (eigentlich müsste man da einen passenden Schwingbolzen anfertigen lassen). Der Hauptständer sitzt auch deutlich klappriger als beim 40 Jahre alten DDR Rahmen. Die Stoßdämpfer klappern in der oberen Aufnahme herum (zusätzliche Unterlegscheibe notwendig). Manche Kritikpunkt sind einfach nur nicht schön, andere Punkte müssen vor dem Endgültigen Zusammenbau behoben werden (zusätzliche Kosten). Ich habe von einem Produkt aus Deutschland im Jahr 2025 eine bessere Qualität erwartet.
