The new cylinder kits for the Simson S51 reflect the latest state of development. A very elaborate exhaust construction with 2 additional secondary outlets enables extremely good drivability to be combined with high performance at the same time. The result is a peak performance and bandwidth that sets the benchmark in the tuning area significantly higher.
The coated & finely blasted aluminum cylinder dissipates heat much better than a comparable cast iron cylinder. This means that the engine runs thermally more stable and hardly loses power even during longer full-throttle rides.
The internally centered cylinder head allows for simplified installation and also ensures that the combustion pressure does not act directly on the sealing edge, preventing leaks.
Scope of delivery:
- Cylinder with 39 mm bore
- Internally centered cylinder head
- Piston with ring, pin, clips
- 2x base gasket
- 2x carburetor flange studs
- Carburetor flange gasket
- Hardened thrust washers
Only Motul 800 2T Road Racing may be used as mixing oil!

Geht wie sau
Dies war mein erster Sportzylinder und ich muss sagen, der ging echt nicht schlecht. Laut Prüfstand 8,5PS und GPS-Tacho sagt 90Km/h. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Alltags Zylinder
Bin sehr zufrieden, schon etliche Male verbaut und viele km gefahren. Ordentlich Kraft im Alltag und ausreichend vMax. Fahre ihn zb. In der Schwalbe mit 16er gaser und aoa2 14er Ritzel und macht noch 75knapp 80 sachen

Guter Ersatz zum 60ccm
Habe ihn Test halber verbaut um meinen Kunden etwas zu berichten. Steht dem zt60n in nix nach! Fahre ihn mit aoa1 Auspuff und 16er Vergaser im Alltag in der Schwalbe.
