Dient der Schraubensicherung. Ein kleines Loch durch die Welle oder Schraube bohren, wenn nicht bereits vorhanden/vorgesehen, die Mutter drauf (ggf. mit Unterlegscheiben ausgleichen) und mit einem Splint gegen losdrehen sichern. Vorteil: nicht der Anpressdruck der Federscheibe ist entscheidend, sondern die Güte des Splints, die viel mehr her geben kann.
