Needle-bearing clutch pressure plate / pressure bearing plate
In tuning engines, a stronger diaphragm spring must often be installed in order to be able to transmit the higher torque. This inevitably overloads the clutch pressure pins in the engine and leads to welding of the pressure pins.
- suitable for Simson S51, S53, SR50, KR51/2 Schwalbe, S70, SR80
- reliably prevents welding of the clutch pressure pins
- better controllability of the clutch
- adjustable pressure point with the help of the set screw
- no need to replace the closure screw
- the 4x M5 screws must be secured with blue screw lock (medium strength)
Scope of delivery:
complete set for converting the clutch
Attention! When using the aluminum closure screws for the clutch cover, these must be ground down, otherwise the pressure plate will rub. The cause is a thread that is too long on the aluminum screws!

Auch ein muss für Original Motoren,wenn man die Kupplung vernünftig regenerieren will. Verschleiß der Druckstangen wird minimiert und ein verschweißen ist nicht mehr möglich
