Carburetor RVFK 18 CS
- externally a standard carburetor - internally a racing carburetor
- CS = closed system
- the supply of all secondary and compensating air takes place via the intake air path
- completely changed interior, optimized for higher air flow
- suitable for tuned 50cc cylinders up to large engines with over 100cc
- Perfect throttle response and peak performance with easy adjustability

- 4 additional main jets
- 1x insulating flange gasket
- Installation instructions
Technical data, optional accessories and changes from the predecessor:
- Passage: 18.5mm, closed system
- Designation on housing: 16N1-11
- Main jet: RVFK 80, 84, 88 (installed), 92, 96
- Jet needle: RVFK 48J20 (installed)
- Atomizer: RVFK
- Slide: RVFK 50
- Air screw: 2.5 - 3 turns on
- Housing casting form improved in quality, especially in the area of the larger slide (cap thread) and the carburetor pan
- Improved carburetor material - more homogeneous, pore-free casting
- Extended idle jet to reliably draw in even with low fuel level
- Side marking 16N1-11, the carburetor size is inconspicuously marked in the area of the choke
Note:
- this carburetor is also suitable for KR51/ SR50
- the fuel hose must be routed in a loop here so that no kink occurs above the straight connection nozzle
- when adjusting the nipple for the throttle cable on the carburetor cap, the small lock nut must be removed and then the nipple must be completely screwed into the cap
- then adjust the cable play there using the length adjustment in the cable

Sehr guter Vergaser (wenn man ihn denn mal abgestimmt kriegt ...)
Habe den rvfk18cs für meinen rzt s51sport gekauft, da er von rzt zu diesem Zylinder empfohlen wird. Naja, was soll ich sagen.: Die Karre läuft, aber ich habe es noch nicht hinbekommen, den Vergaser sauber abzustimmen... Übergangsverhalten ist z.Zt. noch unfahrbar. Bin aber guter Dinge, das es nur eine Fleißaufgabe ist, die für meinen Motor passende Abstimmung zu finden.....

Laut Beschreibung auch mit 50ccm verwendbar. Trotz mehrstündiger Abstimmungsversuche auf dem Prüfstand einfach nicht möglich.

Der Vergaser ist hochwertig verarbeitet und ist sehr leicht abzustimmen. Er macht keine Probleme und ist wirklich der beste Vergaser für leicht getunte Motoren. Hat mich nie enttäuscht.
