The delivered engine kit consists largely of individual parts! Assembly should generally be carried out by an experienced Simson engine builder with suitable tools. (e.g. engine assembly stand, heat lamp, shift adjustment tool, etc.)
In the first operating hours, the engine should be moved gently and preferably with the fuel mixture 1:33. (We expressly recommend Motul 800 2T Road Racing)
The determined performance values serve only as an example! The decisive influencing factors for this are the cylinder used, the exhaust, the drive train, the ignition system, the jetting, and the air filter used.
The use of an 85ccm cylinder, which has been bored and ground to over 50mm piston size, is technically possible, but not recommended. We strongly advise against it. (Wall thickness of the liner below 2mm!)
