Attention:
This kit requires a separate cylinder + piston + head and carburetor to be present!

Details 5-speed gearbox:
- long 1st gear, significantly improved connection to 2nd gear
- long 5th gear, 24 teeth (fixed wheel) / 32 teeth (loose wheel)
- optimized draw wedge installed
- delivered already partially assembled

Details 5-disc clutch:
- Tuning driver with retaining ring and reinforced plate spring 1.6mm
- 8-fold riveted clutch basket, straight-toothed (54/17)

- 60ccm cylinder with 46mm liner, bored and ground to 42mm piston size

The delivered engine kit consists largely of individual parts! Assembly should generally be carried out by an experienced Simson engine builder with suitable tools. (e.g. engine assembly stand, heat lamp, shift adjustment tool, etc.)
In the first operating hours, the engine should be moved gently and preferably with the 1:33 fuel mixture. (We expressly recommend Motul 800 2T Road Racing)
